Digital Goods Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales on VRSukins are final. Once you have downloaded a digital file, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind.

When Refunds May Be Considered

We may consider refunds in the following situations:

  • Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same item twice
  • Technical issues: The file is corrupted, won't download, or doesn't match the description
  • Significantly not as described: The product is materially different from its listing
  • Unauthorized purchase: Your account was compromised (with proof)

Refund Request Process

  1. Contact us within 14 days of purchase
  2. Email support@vrsukins.com with your order number
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Include any relevant screenshots or evidence
  5. We will review your request within 3-5 business days

What Is Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind after downloading
  • Incompatibility with your software (check requirements before purchasing)
  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
  • Products that have been modified or edited
  • Purchases where significant use of the product has occurred

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Disputes with Sellers

If you have an issue with a product, we encourage you to first contact the seller directly through the platform. Many issues can be resolved between buyers and sellers. If you cannot reach a resolution, contact our support team for assistance.

Seller Refund Policy

When a refund is issued, the seller's earnings for that transaction will be reversed. The platform fee may also be reversed depending on the circumstances. Sellers will be notified of any refund requests related to their products.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account. Please contact us first to resolve any issues.
